The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (destination). All interested sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency. Solicitation W911N2-09-T-0014 date: O/A 17 October 2008, Closing date: O/A 27 October 2008. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about 17 October.
