- This pre-solicitation notice is for Maintenance and Repair to paving at Fort Dix, NJ. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision to perform all work required for the M&R to pavings specified by Individual Delivery Orders, in accordance with the technical specifications. The award will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. A base year and four 12 month option periods will be solicited. Pursuant to FAR 19.1305, this acquisition is 100% set aside for HUBZONE small business concerns. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238990 with a size standard of $14.0 Million and a SIC of 1799. Prospective Contractors must be Certified HUBZONE small business, as verified on CCR and ORCA. The solicitation will be posted on or about 29 November 2008 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The solicitation will include Federal Acquisition Regulation contract provisions and clauses, a bid schedule, and performance work statement, and applicable Davis Bacon wage rates. The performance work statement will include details of required work elements. It is the responsibility of offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS.
