- Description
- Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to provide a mechanical/electrical rehab at U.S. Coast Guard Station Oak Island, NC. Major items of work shall include the following: Remove fuel oil tank and boiler. Replace hydronic heat with electric heat. Add DX heating and cooling units. Replace make up air fan coil unit. Add duct heater and small explosion proof unit heater. Install oscillating wall mounted fans. Replace all existing luminaires and associated switches with new energy efficient liminaries. Replace all existing receptacles with new receptacles with pig-tails and stainless steel covers. Replace existing broken/damaged conduits. Replace under-sized junction boxes with new junction boxes. Add new fluorescent luminaires and on service receptacle in attic. Add new 200A, 208V, 3 phase panel. Furnish & install 2” rigid metal conduit from panel. Estimated period of performance is 105 days after Notice to Proceed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238210. This procurement is set aside for small businesses only. This procurement is estimated between $100K and $250K. NO TELEPHONE OR WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS OR POSTING STATUS.
