- This scope of work is to render the exterior wall surfaces of Truth Hall Dormitory free of water infiltration and damage. The work includes the repair of the existing exterior stucco wall surfaces, areas of rotted wall building framing and the application of a new EIFS waterproof coating system on all exterior wall surfaces (approximately 9,500 SF). This is a rebid of project #701-5777764992. All bids must be sealed and mailed to Lora Knee, Purchasing Specialist by 5:00pm Central Standard Time, by October 27th, 2008.
