- This is the solicitation notice for the lease of under solicitation number FA4814-09-R-0001. The major elements of this requirement include providing various types of mobile storage and office units at MacDill AFB. The performance period is one base year from 1 Dec 08 to 30 Nov 09 and four option years. The procurement is a 100% Small Business competitive set aside. This acquisition will be solicited using FAR part 12 and 15. The government will evaluate the competitive offers by using the Best Value evaluation procedures. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems Code (NAICS) is 531130 and the related small business size standard is $21.5 million. A Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract will derive from this solicitation and all work shall be performed under individual task orders. The performance period will be one base year and four subsequent one year options beginning on Dec 01, 2008. The response date for this solicitation is 07 Nov 08 at 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Notification of any revisions to this solicitation will be provided via the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov. Procurement documents will not be directly provided in a paper hard copy format or compact disc format. It is the responsibility of the contractor to check the FBO website daily for any posted revisions made to the solicitation. The solicitation will available for all interested parties to download from the FBO website. The closing date, time and submission, and site visit information will be included in the solicitation document. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at http://www.ccr.gov prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
