- The US Department of Agriculture, Farm Services Agency's Oregon State FSA Office in Tualatin is interested in leasing approximately 7,500 net square feet of first class, high quality office space for a term of 10 years with no renewal option. To be considered, office location must be within the boundaries of Highway 217 to the North; Boones Ferry Rd, south to the Clackamas County Line to the East; Avery St until the intersection of Tualatin/Shorewood Highway to the South; Southwest Pacific Highway to the West. Preference will be given to first floor space. Occupancy is required by March 1, 2009. All expressions of interests must be received by November 10, 2008.
