- PR NO: 000019507387 – NSN: 6130-01-308-7643 – POWER SUPPLY – ROCKWELL COLLINS AEROSPACE (Cage 09344) - P/N 0102-0015 and CENTROID, INC. (21856) P/N PC74051-3 This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed quantity contract. Required quantity is 86 each plus a 100 percent option. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. Delivery requirement is 160 days. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Contractor first article is required with a sample size of 1. Export control is applicable. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov, FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation.
