- INDUSTRY DAY ANNOUNCEMENT: Program: 711 Human Performance Wing (HPW) Research Altitude Chambers There is no solicitation or Request For Proposal (RFP) number available at this time. This Industry Day is being conducted for the purposes of (1) market research to identify potential sources and (2) information exchange regarding altitude chambers in general. 77th Aeronautical Systems Wing (AESW), Wright-Patterson Air Force Base announces that it will hold an Industry Day for the upcoming acquisition: What: A set or suite of 4 Research Altitude Chambers (RAC) When: 23-24 October 2008 Where: Brooks City Base, San Antonio, TX Purpose: The United States Air Force intends to purchase a set or suite of 4 new Research Altitude Chambers to replace the capabilities, currently housed at Brooks City Base in San Antonio, TX, in a new facility at Wright-Patterson AFB OH. The purpose of Industry Day is informational only and the following opportunities will be available:oA briefing on the acquisition requirementsoA tour the current research altitude chambersoOne-on-one discussions It is possible that this acquisition could be procured as a Small Business Set-Aside if there are multiple, capable small businesses expressing interest in submitting a proposal. This decision will be made following input received on Industry Day. If your company is interested in learning more about this acquisition, request you respond to the Industry Day Announcement in FEDBIZOPPS.
