- The Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS), anticipates soliciting for proposals for helicopter crewmember training services to support predator control activities in Utah. The anticipated award will be a firm fixed priced requirements contract. The solicitation, #AG-6395-S-09-0005 is to be affixed to all documents submitted in reference to this requirement. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Paper copies of the RFP and/or amendments will not be issued. The solicitation and the specifications will be made available electronically at this website only. All changes to the pre-solicitation notice, solicitation and any attachments will be posted to this website at: www.FedBizOpps.gov.
