- The proposed contract action is for Document Detective Software product renewal and training for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, ManTech Advanced Systems International, Inc. (GSA Contract Number GS-35F-4660G), under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. However, all quotes received by 17 October 2008, 8:00 am MST, will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
