- SOURCES SOUGHT: This is a sources sought announcement only! This not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources. Responses will be used to determine appropriate acquisition decisions. The Department of Navy, Naval Medical Logistics Command is seeking sources for potential contract to provide Part-Time (4-8 hrs per wk) Occupational Health Physician services at Naval Health Clinic, Charleston, South Carolina. The contractor is to provide a full range of Occupational Health Physician services in accordance with privileges granted. The Contractor is responsible for performing credentials verification on all healthcare practitioners prior to submission of the credentials to the clinic, including, but not limited to state licenses/certifications held within the last 10 years; and Education Council for Foreign Medical Graduates Certificates. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that all persons, whether they be employees, agents, sub-contractor’s, providers or anyone acting for or on behalf of the contractor to provide services under a contract, possess a current, valid, unrestricted license to practice as an Occupational Health Physician in one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. These individuals shall be subject to credential and privilege approvals by the Naval Health Clinic, Charleston. The intended contract is anticipated as one base year, with 4 option years. The NAICS Code for the requirement is 622110, size standard 34.5M. Responses to this sources sought synopsis must include: 1. Point of contact; 2. Company Name; 3. Address; 4. Vendors interested in providing an offer will have to respond to a separate solicitation announcement that shall be published separately.
