Surplus material will not be considered for this 5990 NSN class procurement. The solicitation is for qty of 45 ea. Quantity price break range: 45-49ea, 50-74ea, 75-100 ea. Requested production delivery is 180 days. F.O.B. is Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. See Notes # 23 and #13.
