- The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement to furnish and deliver 15 prefabricated message center kiosks, 27 kiosk sign panels and 3 kiosk installation fixtures. Four (4) three-panel kiosk frames with a roof, 12 sign panels and 3 installation fixtures will be delivered FOB destination to the Canyon Ferry Division Office headquarters located 18 miles East of Helena, Montana in Lewis & Clark County. Seven (7) single-panel kiosks with a roof, four (4) two-panel kiosks with a roof and 15 kiosk sign panels will be delivered FOB destination to the Marias-Milk Rivers Division Office government camp located 13 miles Southwest of Chester, Montana in Liberty County. Reclamation will issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) per FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures on or around October 21, 2008 with quotes being due on November 4, 2008. The RFQ will be issued as a small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 337215 and a size standard of 500 employees. An RFQ is being issued to facilitate submittal of quotes through electronic commerce and to view all applicable clauses and attachments. RFQ No. 09SQ600003 will be issued via www.fedbizops.gov at the link provided in this notice. Vendors may also check our website http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Offerors should visit the website after October 17, 2008 in order to access the RFQ and any subsequent amendments and/or notices. Hard copies of this solicitation will be available upon request. Vendors are reminded they must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration to be considered for award. Vendors can register at www.ccr.gov. You will need your Duns and Bradstreet number and banking information. All responsible sources may submit a quote which, if received timely, shall be considered.
