- SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ENTERPRISE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DATA REPOSITORY (Information Technology - Life-Cycle Support/Baseline Change Request Modifications and Technical Support Services) The 554th Electronic Systems Group, Business and Medical Information Systems Division, Information Systems Branch (554 ELSG/SBI), at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB), Ohio is conducting a Sources Sought Synopsis to identify companies who have the capabilities to provide Information Technology (IT) Life-Cycle Support/Baseline Change Request Modifications and Technical Support Services. These services will support the United States Air Force (AF) infrastructure support system, Enterprise Information Technology Data Repository (EITDR). The EITDR Program Management Office (PMO) and the Contracting Officer will use the results to determine if the contract requirements for the acquisition of services for both the Life-Cycle Support/Baseline Change Request Modifications and the Technical Support Services can be combined into one contract or remain as separate acquisitions. The period of performance for the basic contract is 05 August 2009 through 04 August 2010, with additional coverage of four one-year options through 04 August 2014. The contract vehicle has not been determined, and this decision will be determined by the results of this survey. The current Life-Cycle Support/Baseline Change Request Modifications and Technical Support Services are two individual Time and Materials contracts. This is not a Request For Proposal (RFP). This is a market research survey to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources prior to issuing an RFP. This is a Sources Sought Synopsis. There is no solicitation available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 541519 for the overall program with an anticipated size standard of $23M. We are seeking and open to all types of small business participation. The place of performance is Wright-Patterson AFB with associated travel to supporting bases to provide training, testing, and support for technical interchange meetings. Training will encompass both Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) travel.
