- THIS ADVERTISEMENT IS MODIFIED TO REFLECT A NEW DELINEATED AREA AND TO EXTEND THE RESPONSE DUE DATE U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 6,364 RSF (YIELDING AT LEAST 5,534 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET) OF OFFICE SPACE AND ONE PARKING SPACE WITHIN A SPECIFIC DELINEATED AREA DESCRIBED BELOW. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ABAAS guidelines. Space shall be located within a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. If space is not available on the first floor then space shall be served by a minimum of two elevator cabs. Space shall be ready for occupancy no later than April 16th, 2009. The proposed site must also be able to offer one parking space on-site and be proximate to a mode of public transportation. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, seven (7) years firm.
