- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing intends to place an order with Spartanics LLC,. For (3ea) EZ-MOUNT 750 Counter (1ea) Head assembly p/n700-2000 for Spartanics E-Z Kount 750 Counter. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order shall not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106 shall be used.
