- Pre-Solicitation Notice: Contractor to provide general surgery and on-call services by a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Surgeon to beneficiaries of and at the VA Medical Center, Fayetteville, Arkansas. Services to include major surgical procedures, utilization of the Computerized Patient Record System, same day emergency consultations, non-emergency consultations, and on-call services Mondays thru Fridays, weekends, and national holidays 24 hours per day (8am-8am). The requirement is set aside 100% for small business. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be submitted via email (laura.watts@va.gov). Solicitation to be available on or about October 14, 2008. No electronic offers will be accepted. Closing date for submission of proposals will be approximately 30 days from issue date, 4:00pm central time.
