- In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the WM S. Middleton VAMC intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with our affiliate The University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics (UWHC) and Wisconsin State Lab of Hygiene (WSLH) for Cytogenetic testing and FNA, eye path, flow cytometry test's that need immediate turnaround. This requirement is only for emergency testing services as other tests are performed under our VISN wide Reference Lab Testing Contract. This is a notice of intent and is not for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation of a request for offers. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than October 13, 2008 @ 4:00PM, Central Standard Time (CST). No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
