- This is a combined/synopsis solicitation for Commercial Items/Services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12; using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items/Services and authority of FAR 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. A hard copy of the solicitation is included in the attachment. The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies/services for which the Government intend to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority FAR 13. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The RFQ number is N00244-09-T-0013. Closing date October 10, 2008 @ 02:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time. The provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-26 and DFARS.
