- This solicitation will contain one NSN 1560-00-076-7296 for Firewall Assembly. Item is a 1G competitive item. An export control bidset exists for this NSN. This solicitation will be for award of a firm fixed price contract with 100% option. This solicitation is being solicited as 100% small business set-aside, utilizing full and open competition. This is not a commercial item. This is a critical application item. FOB: Destination. Inspection/Acceptance, Destination. Requested delivery is 473 days ARO. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) Final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, l998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Annual updates to your registration will be required. For registration procedures and information please call 1-888-227-2423 or visit the World Wide Web at http://ccr.edi.dsa.mil. Solicitation issue date is October 27, 2008. The date is subject to change.
