- 1. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia is looking to award a one time buy for a balloon, target (NSN: 6920-00-868-9847). The quantity is 683 each. 2. Delivery will be CONUS. 3. Subject solicitation will be issued as competitive. 4. Delivery schedule is 180 Days without First Article Testing / 360 Days with First Article Testing. 5. FOB Detination is required. 6. FAR Subpart 13.5 procedures will apply to subject solicitation. 7. Copies of this solicitation can be found posted on the DIBBS website at www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil 8. Anticipated award date is on or around January 10, 2009. Offers will be evaluated as low price, technically acceptable. 9. All responsible sources may submt a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agnecy.
