- Notice : Period of Performance for this solicitation will begin no earlier than the first day of spring 2009 and would end no later than 30 business days after agreed upon starting date. With the nature of the contract it would be in the best interests of both the goverment and the contractor that the trees have re-leafed in order to help insure their correct identification. Notice : Vance last had a tree inventory done in 1994. If interested in receiving a copy of said inventory to help with bid please contact by e-mail one of the addresses above.
