- SOURCES SOUGHT. This is a sources sought announcement only! This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources such as 8(a), HubZone, small disadvantage, service disabled veteran-owned business, and small business relative to NAICS 541990, size standard $6.5M. Responses will be used to determine appropriate acquisition decisions. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Atlanta VAMC, 1670 Clairmont Road, Decatur, GA is seeking sources for a potential contract to provide neuropsychological services for the Atlanta VA Medical Center, Decatur, Georgia. The contractor is to provide neuropsychological examinations, feedback sessions, and cognitive rehabilitation to patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI) referred through the TBI program. Contractor is responsible for ensuring that all persons, whether they be employees, agents, sub-contractor's, providers or anyone acting for or on behalf of the contractor, are properly licensed at all times under Georgia state law and/or regulations and shall be subject to credential and privilege approvals by the VA. The intended contract is anticipated as one base year, with 4 option years. Responses to this sought must include 1. Point of contact. 2. Company Name, 3. Address, 4. Telephone & Fax numbers, 5. Responses to this request shall not be considered a request to be added to any mailing list or to receive a copy of a solicitation. Vendors interested in providing an offer will have to respond to a separate solicitation announcement that shall be published separately.
