- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT OFFICE SPACE Internal Revenue Service Plantation, Florida 33324 This is a notice of intent for the General Services Administration to solicit space for the Internal Revenue Service in Plantation, Florida. We are performing a space analysis to determine prevailing availability of office space within the following delineated area: Southern boundary- I-595, Eastern boundary-FL Turnpike, Western boundary-SR 869, and Northern boundary- Commercial Blvd. The government has a potential need for approximately 141,000 usable square feet of office and related space and 43 parking spaces. The space would need to be available for occupancy by October 2010. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy: The space is required by or before October 31, 2010. Term: The lease term will be for 15 years, with 5 years firm.
