- Description
- Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Directorate of Contracting Lee, Fort Eustis, VA, intends to solicit and award a sole source one time, firm fixed price purchase order to CollabWorx. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The requirement consists of 145 hours of technical support that includes installation services or installation services assistance as requested by the customer, one year of software maintenance for Collabworx SRTC V 3.0 Platform, capability of document conversion and providing new software updates. The applicable NAICS code is 541519 with as size standard of $25M. Any interested party, other than CollabWorx, that feels they can satisfy this requirement must identify their interest, experience, and capability to satisfy the requirement no later than Thursday October 9, 2008 at 1000 hours EST. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database.
