- A. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the offeror's due date of their proposals in block 8 of the SF 1449 from 4:30 on 8 Oct 08 to 4:00 on 17 Oct 08. B. A second amendment will be posted with the site visit minutes and to post the questions and answers that resulted from the site visit held on 1 Oct 08 at 1:30 p.m. This amendment will also make some adjustments to CLIN’s 0003 and 0011 with all corresponding options CLINs and provide an improved base map. C. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged
