Description

This is for a performance based work statement (PBSOW). The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, equipment to ensure the effective performance of inspections, preventive maintenance, minor repairs/replacement, and general housekeeping of mechanical systems and equipment at the Central Heating and Refrigeration Plant, 13th & C Streets, SW, Washington, DC 20407. A firm-fixed price type contract will be awarded for this solicitation. The contract performance shall be for an initial 12 month period, with the option to extend for four additional 12 month periods. This solicitation is not a set-aside for small businesses. However, this procurement is being made under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The NAIC Code is 238220 and the small business size standard is $14,000,000.00. The solicitation will be issued on or about October 2, 2008 and the due date will be on/about November 2, 2008. GSA is issuing this solicitation electronically only.
