- Solicitation number is SPM4A6-09-R-0030, IQC08183009065, Stock Number, 5365-01-465-9469, Nutplate. Unit of Issue is each. Solicitation is Unrestricted, Other than full and Open Competition. Surge and Sustainment are applicable. NSN is non-commercial. Approved source of supply is: Alcoa Global Fasteners, Cage Code 29372, Part Number: CA354033-3; The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one (1) year plus four (4) option years. Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 7,865 each. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and each option year is 3,932 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year thereafter is 983 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 3,932 each. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Requested delivery is 168 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies.
