- This notice is issued to obtain qualified parties in providing a commercial commodity prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.602 for 4 EA. Aircraft Lube oil Servicing Units purchase for Ellsworth AFB, SD (See Specification Requirement Attachment). The contractor shall provide for all supplies, transportation, and labor requirements for the requirement. All responsible sources may respond to this issuance. The North American Industry Code is 336413, and the Small Business Size Standard is 1000 people. Interested parties must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), online at https://www.bpn.gov/CCR/scripts/index.html and must also register at the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website https://orca.bpn.gov/. Contractor MUST be able to provide ALL requirements.
