- Description
- The U.S. Army TACOM Life Cycle Management Command Rock Island intends to release in the near future, solicitation W52H09-09-R-0002 for Army Targetry Systems II (ATS II), for the acquisition of Live Fire Targetry Systems to be fielded worldwide. This solicitation will result in Multiple Award, 5 year, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contracts with an aggregate ceiling value of $400-$600 million. The Targetry Systems are controlled by a Range Control Station and include (but are not limited to) any combination of Target Mechanism Components such as Infantry and Armor Lifters, Several Target Arm types, Infantry and Armor Movers to include an Entry Control Point Mover, various Simulator Devices, Silhouettes and Ancillary devices, some of which include Global Positioning Systems and Video Monitoring Systems. To prepare for release of this solicitation, industry comments/suggestions are being sought on the Draft Performance Description entitled ATS-II Basic Version 1.05, October 2008, Performance Description (PD) for Live Fire Training Ranges which will be available for viewing at the following internet address: Rhttps://aais.ria.army.mil/AAIS/Solinfo/SOWandSPECS/index.htm.
