- Under the authority of FAR 13.5, the U.S. Army, REDCOM, Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army Soldier System Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate a contract on a sole source basis to ASCOM (US) Inc, 598 Airport Blvd Suite 300, Morrisville, NC 27560-7214. This purchase is for the Ascom DCT 1900 + Systems Parts. The interface requirements that are consistent with current existing products in the Clinical and Research areas.
