Description

The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Public Health Service (PHS), through the Program Support Center (PSC), Strategic Acquisition Service (SAS), Division of Acquisition Management (DAM), intends to award, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, a sole source contract to His House., located at 20000 NW 47th Ave, Building 2, Opa Locka, FL 33055, to provide Virtual Clinical Practicum services to DHHS/PHS Nurses. The goal of this acquisition is to provide for the care and placement of unaccompanied alien children (“UACs” or “child/children”) in the care of ORR and detained under the authority of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended. The Contractor must comply with State licensing regulations, applicable Federal regulations, the Flores Settlement Agreement and ORR/DUCS Policies and Procedures. This acquisition is being awarded under NAICS code 624190. This contract is for a 12-month period of performance. No solicitation document is available at this time. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Contractors may forward capability statements to the referenced address within 15 business days after the date of publication of this notice. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
