- This is a sources sought and not a request for proposal. The Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Wilmington VA Medical Center, Wilmington DE is looking for contractors who can provide full contract support to Kodak Imaging Equipment as described below in the Statement of Work. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811212. The size standard is $23.0 Million per year. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement will be based on responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government must receive all responses to this notice by 4:00 pm (EST), October 8, 2008. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Response must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. STATEMENT OF WORK: Selected vendor must be able to provide full contract support immediately upon award of a resulting order. Vendor will provide full maintenance support for the items listed in below. This contract shall provide for maintenance services for which the item to be repaired or needing periodic maintenance will be performed onsite. It shall include all systems, subsystem components, and assemblies, (i.e.: contractor responsible for total maintenance of entire system). All maintenance provisions shall apply to hardware, firmware, and software, as appropriate, unless otherwise stated. 1. General The Contractor shall be qualified / authorized by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in the repair of all equipment listed within this contract. Contractor shall maintain qualifications throughout entire contract period. Qualification includes but not limited to the certification of all repair persons and repair facilities by the OEM as being trained / qualified to perform required repairs. The Government shall maintain the right to seek proof of qualification prior to award and anytime during contract period of performance. 2. Scope of Work a. Full service contract on the below list of Kodak imaging equipment: to include all parts and labor necessary to maintain and repair the equipment during the contracted period. KODAK DIRECTVIEW CR 975 SYSTEM S/N 45460192.1985; KODAK DIRECTVIEW REMOTE OPERATIONS PANEL S/N 43245558.12815; KODAK DIRECTVIEW CR 975 SYSTEM S/N 45460011.1986; KODAK DIRECTVIEW CR 850 SYSTEM S/N 43259272.12415; KODAK DV 8900 R3 W/3 DWR & SORT S/N 43318778.90007495; KODAK DIRECTVIEW REMOTE OPERATIONS PANEL S/N 43245560.12816 b. The contractor shall furnish and replace parts to meet equipment specifications. The contractor must have ready access to all replacement parts. Contractor shall maintain a sufficient stock of all parts (meeting manufacture's design and specification) needed for repair and maintenance of the equipment or be able to secure needed parts within five (5) calendar days. All parts supplied shall meet manufacturer approved specifications. The contractor will use only original manufacturers parts and warrants that such parts meet original equipment specifications.
