- NSN 3110-00-203-4097,Bearing, Ball, Annular. "Configuration Control item."General Dynamics Armament Systems, CAGE 05606, Drawing 114C2657 REV "BD". Approved source: MRC Specialty Bearings, CAGE 38443; SKF Industries, CAGE 52676; New Hampshire Ball Bearings, CAGE 50294; Army Weapons Command, CAGE 21450. Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. IAW QAP FCA. Requested delivery is 126 DARO. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial in nature. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited on an Unrestricted basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 4,176 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 1,044 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as decribed in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is October 20, 2008. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
