- The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials and equipment required to perform refuse collection, disposal and recycling at the Marine Corps Air Station, Laurel Bay, Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, S.C. and Naval Hospital, Beaufort, S.C. This requirement is for a Base + Four Option periods. A site visit and pre-proposal conference is scheduled for October 16, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. ROICC Building 658 Moore Street, Marine Corps Air Station, Beaufort, S.C.
