- Provide Emergency Imaging & Laboratory services to support the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located in Orem Utah for the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System. Urgent procedures shall be interpreted within 60 minuets after receiving the x-ray. The requesting physician will be called with the results. The contract will run from the Date of Award through October 31, 2009 with four one year options to extend the term of the contract. This procurement will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Commercial Items Part 12 and in accordance Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. The issue date is O/A 10-06-2008. BOD is O/A 10-21-2008. The contract will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract.
