- The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a contract for maintenance services to include mowing, cleaning and janitorial services at Yatesville Lake, KY. Approximate time will be calendar year 2009 with four additional one year option periods. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery type contract, competitively negotiated, NTE $480,000.00. The contract will be awarded to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is within a technical/price competitive range as determined by the Contracting Officer and has been evaluated as most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered. All responsive proposals will be evaluated utilizing the following factors: (A) Experience; (B) Past Performance; (C) Management Plan (D) Equipment and (E) Price. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for November 19, 2008 at 10:00 AM at Yatesville Lake, State Route 1185, Louisa, KY 41230-4107. For directions, please contact the Project, phone (606) 686-2412.
