- This Modification is issued to: 1) Change the location of RFP-200-1038-SC to: "Within the City Limits of Tyler, Texas (Smith County) or No More Than 5 Miles Outside the City Limits of Tyler, Texas (Smith County)"; and 2) Revise the language of the Notice to read: "The solicitation will be available on or about October 15, 2008 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date of RFP-200-1038-SC will be on or about December 15, 2008." All other terms and conditions remain the same.
