- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM), intends to award a sole source contract to Eid Passport, Inc., 10450 SW Nimbus Ave., Bldg. R-A, Portland, OR 97223 pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). IMCOM seeks to procure the use of the RAPIDGate Program which allows fast access for registered and vetted vendors at various Army Installations. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561621 with a small business size standard of $23M. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document and a written RFP will not be available for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement within the ten (10) days of this announcements posting date of 3 October 2008. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon any responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
