- The Joint Contracting Command-Iraq, Theater Wide Source Selection Branch intends to solicit, negotiate and award a multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement for Personal Security Detail services throughout Iraq. The NAICS code is 561612. The Small Business Size Standard is $17 million. No preference will be given to Small Businesses. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, management and supplies for the following security services for the client, U.S. Government (USG) with Personal Security Transportation Services and other U.S. and Coalition Forces, which may include transportation of dignitaries and prisoners, and equipment while traveling to/while at/from bases and metropolitan areas throughout Iraq and Kuwait and various other locations in Iraq to support its mission. The anticipated contract performance period will be 22 December 2008 through 30 Jan 2009 for the mobilization period. Mobilization period will be followed by a base year starting 2 February 2009 through 1 February 2010, with two (2) twelve month option periods, if exercised. This acquisition will be solicited as a full and open competition. The proposed solicitation number is W91GDW-09-R-4000. The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 25 October 2008, via the Federal Business Opportunities web page at www.fbo.gov. No paper copies will be issued. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. Submit all questions electronically, NO VERBAL REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
