- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN HOUSTON, TX The United States Government seeks contiguous Class `A` Office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 6,900 rentable square feet in Houston, TX. The space should yield 6,000 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Space offered must be on the 2nd floor or higher. There must be a minimum of thirty-eight (38) surface parking spaces available within a two-block radius of the leased space at no cost, or at reasonable commercial rates. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North:Monroe Road South:NASA Rd 1 West:I-45 East:Hwy 3 Galveston Road to include Ellington Field area The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August 1, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized broker representative, CB Richard Ellis no subleases will be considered.
