- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N62786-09-T-0001 applies. Quotes must be received by 12:00 p.m. on October 17, 2008 to be considered. The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-27 and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 200800812. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332510 and the business size standard is 500 employees. This will be a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. SUPSHIP Bath has a requirement to procure the following items. (1) Jubilee Patches, Sin! gle, Size: 6" (14 Each) (T2-224-6SKN) and 8" (12 Each) (T2-224-6SKO), Item # LL-CJ7-5897; (2) Jubilee Patches, Double, Size 1 " (3 Each) (T2-224-6SKP), 1 " (24 Each) (T2-224-6SKK), 2" (12 Each) (T2-224-6SKL), 4" (6 Each) (T2-224-6SKM), 6" (14 Each) (T2-224-6SKN), 8" (12 Each) (T2-224-6SKO); (3) Box Patches, Sizes: 4" x 16" x 18 ", 6" x 20" x 22 ", and 8" x 24" x 26 ", Item # LL-CJ7-5880, (3 Sets); (4) Plate Patches, Sizes: 6" x 6" x ", 12" x 12" x ", 18" x 18" x ", 24" x 24" x ", Item # T2-224-6SFA, (1 KIT); (5) Round Plate Patches, Sizes: 6" Dia., 12" Dia., 18" Dia., 24" Dia. (1 KIT); (6) Hinged Round Plate Patches, Sizes: 10" Dia., 14" Dia., 18" Dia.
