- The Wilkes Barre VAMC will soon solicit via RFP for Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) services provided by an existing outpatient medical clinic/center within the limits of Snyder County, PA. An RFP will follow at this site on/around 20 October 2008. Potential initial annual volume is 265 patients with no volume guaranteed. All services will be provided IAW current VA and Joint Commission regulations. This is a Pre-Solicitation notice only; it is not a request for proposal or quote.
