- Request for Information (RFI)/ Sources Sought inquiry into your organizations interest in providing a fully credentialed physician to perform orthopedic consults, outpatient clinics and operative procedures to veterans in Grand Junction, CO. The VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System (ECHCS ), Denver, CO and VISN 19 Rocky Mountain Network Contracting Office contemplates an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (Firm Fixed Price) to provide these services. The time expenditure for both clinic and surgical coverage is estimated to be one day every other week. The contractor will also provide emergency coverage after hours, on weekends, and national holidays and must report one hour after notification. Dependant upon responses, the proposed contract award priority shall be to Service Disabled Veterans Owned Small Businesses, Veteran Owned Small Businesses then Small Businesses. The period of performance for this contract will be one year. The contract base year is estimated to begin November 2008. This is only an inquiry, no quote or proposal is requested at this time. As such, if your organization has the capability to meet these requirements and is interested, please reply back to me with a statement describing your capabilities.
