- Description of Work: The work to be provided under this project shall include: Demolition of the existing 50-ft x 100-ft steel building excluding concrete floor and foundation and dispose of waste (the Government will disconnect electrical and plumbing connection from the old building before demolition). Furnish and erect a new pre-engineered/pre-fabricated steel building on the existing foundation and slab with a minimum footprint of 50-ft x 100-ft and minimum 14-ft eave height. Furnish and install domestic water supply pipe through floor. Furnish and install sanitary waste pipe, drain pipe, associated vents. Furnish and install natural gas service entrance through exterior wall.The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or around 10/10/2008. Sealed bids are anticipated to be due on or around 11/26/2008The solicitation (specifications and drawings) will not be available on the Internet. To obtain a copy of the solicitation package, a written request must be faxed to Hart BlackEagle at fax number 406-247-7798. The written request must include the company's address, Dun and Bradstreet Number (DUNS), Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN). There is no charge for the first copy; additional copies are $9.00 each. The project range is $100,000-$250,000. The NAISC applicable to this project is 238120, the Small Business Size Standard is $13.0 million. This solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (IFB-Sealed Bid), full and open competition, unrestricted.
