- Description
- Janitorial Services-Toketee Ranger Station, Diamond Lake Ranger District. Work includes waste paper and trash collection and disposal, sweep or vacuum floors, dust furniture, fixtures and equipment, and, cleaning and disinfection of toilet bowls, sinks and showers in accordance with contract requirements. The contractor shall replenish soap and paper products dispensers with Government-furnished supplies as needed. The contractor shall establish Quality Control Plan for performance of tasks required under this contract. Performance period is December 1 through November 30. This is a Request For Quotes requiring completion of a Questionnaire; detailed technical proposals are not required; award evaluation criteria include technical capability and past performance history in addition to price; award may be made without discussions. This project includes provision for three additional option periods. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided, the solicitation will be posted to this site 10/14/2008.
