- The Naval Air Warfare Cetner, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure, on a competitive basis, Advanced Power Monitors, Power Monitors (Gold), Radio Frequency (RF) Interface Boxes,Mini RF Interface boxes, Mini Telemetry Packs, Mini Xpol Modulators, Dual Control Boxes- Fiber Optic Towed Decoys (FOTD), Dual Control Boxes (DCB), Mini Universal Control Boxes (UCB) to DCB Conversion kits, Automatic Tuner Assemblies, RF Hat Section (ALQ-167), RF Hat Sections (DLQ-9), Advanced Off-Board (AOB) Installation Kits, Fiber Optic Deterctors (Receivers), Fiber Optic Laser (Transmitters), High Voltage Power Supplies (HVPS), Laser Power Supplies (FOTD), Decoy Modification Kits and Engineering, Technical and Repair support services in accordance with NAWCWD Statement of Work, specifications and NAVAIR Envelope Drawings as follows: Specification 13672-ATS-TRD222 and Drawig 1611AS13300-2 (Advanced Power Monitor), 13672-ATS-TRD223 and 1611AS11043-1 (Power Monitor Gold), 13672-ATS-TRD224 and 1611AS13350 ( RF Interface Box), 13672-ATS-TRD225 and 1611AS13630 (Mini RF Interface Box), 13672-ATS-TRD226 and 1611AS8750-1 (Mini Telemetry Pack), 13672-ATS-TRD227 and 1611AS13204 (Mini Xpol Modulator), 13672-ATS-TRD240 and 1611AS9600 (Dual Control Box FOTD), 13672-ATS-TRD240 and 1611AS9600 (Dual Control Box), 1611AS13680 (Mini UCB to DCB Conversion Kit), 13672-ATS735 and 1236AS5128 (Automatic Tuner Assembly), 13672-ATS-TRD205 and 1209AS1670 (RF Hat Section ALQ-167), 13672-ATS-TRD206 and 1209AS1672 (RF Hat Sections DLQ-9), 1611AS13461 (AOB Installation Kit), 13672-ATS-TRD230 and 1611AS13672 (Fiber Optic Detector-Receiver), 13672-ATS-TRD231 and 1611AS10939 (Fiber Optic Laser-Transmitter), 13672-ATS-TRD232 and drawings 1611AS13840 and 1611AS13422 (High Voltage Power Supply), 13672-ATS-TRD236 and 1611AS10995 ( Laser Power Supply-FOTD)and lastly, 1611AS13665 (Decoy Modification Kit). The subject electronic assemblies are integrated with other countermeasures or emitter modules to complete required system configurations. These assemblies are installed in systems that are used to evaluate U.S. weapons systems and train Fleet operators. Pricing of all electronic assemblies shall be on a fixed price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) basis and pricing for the Engineering, Technical and Repair Support services shall be on a time and materials basis. A minimum of 1 unit will be ordered at contract award, and a maximum of 609 units of the various types of electronic assemblies may be ordered over the three-year period of performance. Delivery of all units shall be FOB destination to Naval Air Station, Point Mugu, Ca beginning no later than 90 days after the effective date of the delivery order at a rate of no less than 5 units per month. This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
