- 1. The present solicitation procedure aims to select one or more supplier(s) to provide electricity to all or a group of the DoD accounts, grouped by area as reported below, over the 12-month period January 1, 2009 - December 31, 2009. 1. La presente procedura di appalto finalizzata a selezionare uno o pi fornitori per fornire elettricit a tutte le utenze del Dipartimento della Difesa USA (DoD) in Italia, o gruppi di esse secondo quanto pi sotto indicato, per un periodo di 12 mesi a partire dal 1 gennaio 2009 fino al 31 dicembre 2009. 2. NAVFAC EURSWA is the Government agent delegated to procure electricity for the supply of all DoD accounts located in Italy, amounting to approx. no. 1,400 delivery points, for a total of approx. 300,000 MWh/year. 2. NAVFAC EURSWA l'ente delegato dal Governo USA ad acquistare energia elettrica per alimentare tutte le utenze del DoD dislocate in Italia, per un totale di circa 1?400 punti di consegna di varia taglia e 300?000 MWh/anno. 3. Delivery points details, estimated electric consumption and load profiles will be provided in separate attachments in the final Solicitation. 3. I dettagli in merito ai punti di consegna, ai consumi previsti e ai profili di carico saranno forniti mediante documenti separati allegati al bando definitivo. 4. The U.S. Government is soliciting offers for supply and transmission of electricity and ancillary services for the Pertinent Areas listed below. 4. A pre-solicitation conference will be held in Naples, IT on 10/21/08; details about the venue and time will be posted as available. 5. E' prevista una conferenza pre-gara da tenersi a Napoli in data 21/10/08, i dettagli sul luogo e ora saranno pubblicati non appena disponibili. 6. Once the final solicitation is posted (scheduled by 10/24/08), each Offeror can submit an offer for one or more Pertinent Areas. It is also acceptable to submit one offer for only one Area. 6. Una volta pubblicato il bando definitivo (previsto per il 24/10/08), ciascun Offerente potr presentare offerta per una o pi Aree di Pertinenza univocamente identificate dalla sigla corrispondente. ammessa la presentazione di offerta anche per un'unica Area. 7.
