- Description
- The United States Army CECOM Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a one-year Option for the procurement of NSN: 5895-01-225-3255 Select Panel C-10999A/A. The orders will be placed on a Firm-Fixed-Price basis. The resulting contract will be awarded on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), to South West Electronics & Manufacturing Corp (SWEMCO), 1215 N. Church Street, Moorestown, NJ 08057-1101 because, SWEMCO is uniquely qualified to provide the required support and is currently the only interested, responsible party. The minimum contract value will be $24K and a maximum contract value of up to $750K. Shipments are to be FOB Destination, New Cumberland, PA with Inspection/Acceptance, Destination. The delivery schedule will be 5 each 180 days after contract and 5 each month thereafter until completion. First article testing will not be required. The United States Army CECOM LCMC has established an Interactive Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) website to allow all electronic transmittal of RFPs from CECOM LCMC to Industry. All parties interested in doing business with CECOM LCMC are invited to access, operate, send and receive information from the Business Opportunity Page at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. Upon accessing this webpage, click on CECOM LCMC Business Opportunities, you may access potential CECOM Business Opportunities by registering for a user ID and password. All responsible sources may submit a proposal electronically on the IBOP, which shall be considered. The solicitation will be posted on or about October 15, 2008 on the IBOP.
