- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting quotes under Solicitation No. VA-786-08-RQ-0252 for the following: Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to furnish and deliver, F.O.B. Destination, janitorial services at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Road, Rittman, OH 44270. All work shall be performed in accordance with the statement of work and the terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned businesses. The NAICS Code is 561720. Size standard is $14.0 million. No telephone requests will be accepted. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about September 29, 2008. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., October 14, 2008.
